We implemented Twenty, an open-source CRM system, for SmartUp - Social Innovation Lab — giving their team a fully configured, self-hosted platform to manage relationships, track activities, and streamline internal workflows.
Our work covered the full implementation lifecycle:
- Server Deployment & Configuration: Set up and configured Twenty on SmartUp's infrastructure, ensuring a stable and maintainable self-hosted environment.
- Custom Data Models & Layouts: Designed and configured data structures, object layouts, and views tailored to SmartUp's specific organizational needs.
- Automations: Built workflow automations to reduce manual work and keep the team's data consistent and up to date.
- Office 365 SSO Integration: Connected the CRM to SmartUp's existing Microsoft identity infrastructure so staff can sign in with their organizational accounts.
- Team Onboarding & Training: Ran hands-on onboarding sessions to get the full team up and running on the system from day one.
The result is a purpose-configured CRM that fits how SmartUp actually works — not a generic out-of-the-box setup, but a system shaped around their people, processes, and data.
