ResLab is a bilingual public platform built for the Municipality of Sveti Nikole as part of the Pathways2Resilience initiative. It makes the municipality's climate resilience strategy visible, navigable, and trackable — for citizens who want to understand what's planned, and for implementation teams who need to manage it.
The platform is structured around the full lifecycle of a local climate strategy:
- Vision 2035: The co-created community vision for Sveti Nikole, presenting the citizen engagement process and the future the municipality is working toward.
- Local Climate Profile: Trends, extremes, risks, and vulnerable groups — the evidence base behind the strategy.
- Strategic Objectives & Sector Pathways: Six objectives across water, energy, waste, agriculture, disaster risk reduction, and urban development.
- Action Plan 2026–2030: A searchable register of activities with status, responsible parties, and indicators — updated as implementation progresses.
- Stakeholder Ecosystem: Committed partners mapped by category.
- Monitoring Dashboard: Progress charts and implementation tracking across the action plan.
- Investment Plan: A financial view of the strategy for planning and reporting purposes.
- Admin Area: Municipal staff can manage content, activities, partners, media, and pages without developer involvement.
The platform is fully bilingual in Macedonian and English throughout.
